This year, our studio’s holiday gift drive will again support Brittany’s Place, a program and home for young women who have experienced sex trafficking. The center, where Heather Runman teaches a free weekly yoga class with the residents, has 14 young women in residence at any given time, and their wish list of holiday gifts ranges from new socks and deodorant to yoga pants (for wearing in Heather’s class!).

One special note: if you have gently used workout gear that no longer fits, we invite you to donate it; the young women will get every last mile out of them!
