This summer will mark St. Peter’s 24th Workcamp Mission Trip! These trips have been life-changing experiences for our teens and adults, who have taken a week out of their summer to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the residents in the many different communities we have served. This summer, our team is excited to travel to Vandalia, Illinois, from July 7—14. These trips would not be possible without the generous support of the St. Peter’s community. For all the pancake breakfasts, bake sales, car washes and other fundraisers through the years, the parishioners have always participated and supported our teens in their efforts. Thank you for all the ways you show our teens that you love them! Your donations are making an impact—both on our teens and those they serve.
This month, there will be two ways you can continue to support our teens in their Workcamp fundraising efforts! Next weekend, February 10/11, we will be taking Butterbraid orders for delivery in mid-March, just in time for Easter! Orders will be taken in the Gathering Space after all Masses, or you can stop by the office anytime from February 12—16 to turn in an order form. On Friday, February 23, back by popular demand, you can join us for our Pasta Dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. Look for more information in the coming weeks.
