“Professor, can we have class outside?” Remember asking — pleading! — to take the lessons outside on a gorgeous day? Well, our yoga teachers are happy to oblige! Starting July 13th and for the rest of the summer, weather permitting, our noontime yoga classes will start and end with a brisk walk to Lake Calhoun, where we’ll spend 45 minutes of Vinyasa bliss in the great outdoors.*

These Monday/Wednesday classes , led by Vicki Luedtke and Heather Runman, will still be a steal at $10, and anyone who’d like to join at the lake can plan to meet the group at 12:05pm(ish) at the bottom of the stairs on 31st street and Lake Calhoun parkway. Bring your mat, a water bottle, and your own awesome self. Sign up online or just drop in!
