Becky Arnold has been a member at Six Degrees for about 6 -7 years – one of our OGs! She was hooked as soon as she experienced the high-quality classes in such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The excellent instructors, the variety of classes and the joy of body movement and challenge keep her coming back multiple times a week. She also loves dessert, so that motivates her to stay active. I feel the same way!
Her foundation is in Pilates, but she equally enjoys TRX, barre and jump-board Reformer. She especially appreciates the variety at Six Degrees.
When she’s not at the studio, she spends her time gathering with friends & family, attending her grandkids’ sporting events, going to church and gardening. Her favorite way to treat herself is with ANY dessert and to go to a bookstore – what a nice combo (especially after a tough workout)!
She exercises often to stay healthy, have a strong body and not gain weight as she ages; plus she loves being in tune with her body. And, most of the time, it is a joy and a pleasure! She has some words of wisdom for those of you who find it hard to stay consistent in your workout routine: “Don’t quit because you will get stronger as you persevere. And it helps to be in a community with other people who are perhaps struggling in their workout also.”
