Advanced Pilates Reformer with Becky Golberg

Learn about anatomical alignment and the logic behind the 63 exercises that make up the Classical Advanced Repertoire (and are always to be completed within 60 minutes!). Injuries and Special Populations with Cady Eddy

Many of our clients are working with injuries and limitations, but they are all working with amazing, Pilates-able bodies. Injuries and other conditions can require quick thinking and careful consideration, whether you are the client or the teacher, and that can be a challenge. In this workshop we will discuss and practice how to work with and best support our bodies and our clients through both common injuries (spinal, hip, knee, shoulder) and longer-term conditions including pregnancy, postural issues, and hypermobility. Together we will problem-solve case studies and workshop questions about your own personal practice challenges. $150
