Six Degrees strives to provide our clients with exceptional customer service from start to finish. We also believe it is our responsibility to create a safe and respectful space for each student to practice and have a great experience. To help maintain this environment, the following polices and guidelines are in place. Please familiarize yourself with them and know we are open to answering any questions you may have about the following policies.
Cancellation Policies
Class and Appointment Cancellation Policy
Six Degrees respectfully requests a 24 hour cancellation notice for all classes and appointments. If the class or appointment is not cancelled before 24 hours or you do not show up for the class or appointment, you are subject to full payment.
*Auto-Pay Membership holders will be charged $10 for a “Late Cancel” or “No Show.”
Series, Workshop, and Teacher Training Cancellation Policy
Due to extra equipment and preparation costs, Six Degrees respectfully requests that clients do not cancel their spot for the above events at Six Degrees. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted.
Payment Policies
Package Expirations
Class Packages: All 4-class and 8-class packages expire with in 4 months. All 20-class packages expire with in 6 months.
New Student Week: Expires 7 days from your first class at Six Degrees.
IDS Membership: Expires with in 1 year.
Studio Policies
Asteya Policy
“Asteya” in Sanskrit means “non-stealing.” We use this word to describe “non-stealing” of someone else’s time. Students will not be allowed into class after the class start time. Doors will be locked at the start of the class. Please make sure to allow for extra time to park.
Required Age
You must be 14 years of age to take class at Six Degrees.
Yoga Mats
If the class you are taking requires a yoga mat, you can bring your own or use one of ours.
